1 Color Cup Printing

New Orders / Designs
  1. Pay the 60% Down payment to start the process.
  2. Email the following information and file/s to vc.graphics@yahoo.com :
  • Order Number
  • Brand
  • Color - for special colors / shades of colors: minimum of 5,000 pieces
  • How many sides printing
  • High resolution, vector Adobe Illustrator file/s
  • Font/s used
  1. Wait for the mock-up to be presented for approval within 1 to 5 working days* upon receipt of Adobe Illustrator file. Maximum of 2 free mock-ups. Plate will be made once mock-up is approved. Any change once mock-up was approved will incur additional plate charge.
  2. Printing lead time of 7 to 14 working days upon approval of mock-up. Customer will be informed once printed cups are finished. Only completely finished cups will be released (no partial releases). Please note that any additional orders will be processed separately.
  3. 40% balance of the order should be paid for and claimed within 1 week. Storage fees of P25/box/day shall be incurred if the printed cups remain with us after 1 week.
  4. Plates are non-transferrable and non-refundable. 
  5. Standard printing procedure cannot avoid the printed design to fall on the paper cup joint.

Reprints

  1. Pay the 60% Down payment to start the process.
  2. Please inform which design will be used in case you have several plates with us.
  3. Printing lead time of 7 to 10 working days* upon confirmation of 60% deposit. Customer will be informed once printed cups are finished. Only completely finished cups will be released (no partial releases). Please note that any additional orders will be processed separately.
  4. 40% balance of the order should be paid for and claimed within 1 week. Storage fees of P25/box/day shall be incurred if the printed cups remain with us after 1 week.
  5. The validity of the plate is 1 year. If there is no reprint within 1 year, the plate will expire and become invalid.
